Roadmap to Ownership

Investment, Marketing, and Ongoing Support

Owning your own franchise business can feel overwhelming. We will take the guesswork out of getting started and help you at each step.

The Franchising Process:

Initial Meeting and Introduction

The first step is to schedule an initial meeting or call to introduce ourselves and discuss the franchise opportunity in detail. We can review your specific needs and questions and cover an overview of the franchise system, including the brand, business model, and support services available.

Review Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)

Review the Franchise Disclosure Document for more detailed information including the provisions of the franchise agreement, initial fees, ongoing royalties, and territory rights.

Submit Application

Submit the initial application for pre-approval. Applications will be accepted from entrepreneurs with or without a musical background. This is not a requirement to open a franchise location.

Financial Considerations

We will assist with conducting a financial analysis to assess the initial investment required. There are phases we can suggest if needed to spread out costs over time. The financials application will be collected at this time along with the application fee of $499.

Training and Onboarding

Upon awarding a Little School of Music franchise, training will begin to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to operate the business successfully. You will have our support and guidance during the setup phase, including assistance with ordering equipment, inventory, and marketing materials.

Site Selection

You will be guided through the process of selecting a suitable location for the business based on demographic data, market analysis, and brand requirements.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Understand your legal and regulatory obligations, including obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and insurance coverage.

Marketing and Grand Opening

Develop a marketing plan and promotional strategy to generate excitement and awareness for the new franchise location. Then coordinate a grand opening event to celebrate the launch of the business and attract customers to the new location.

Ongoing Support and Operations

We will provide ongoing support and guidance to you, the franchisee, as you establish and grow your business. You will also have access to operational resources, training programs, and marketing materials to help the franchisee maximize their potential.

Performance Evaluation and Improvement

The performance of the franchise location will be monitored. Feedback and guidance will be provided to help you achieve your business goals. We will continuously evaluate and improve the franchise system based on feedback from franchisees and market trends.
